What we bring depends on what the venue already has, the menu, guest numbers, service style, and what we've agreed in your quote.

Stainless steel for preparation; appropriate serving tables, including plastic where suitable, for service only.
Alongside the equipment required for the agreed menu and format.
These can be hired where agreed and allowed for within the quote.

The equipment, staffing, menu, and service are built around what the occasion actually needs.

Public events form only part of the mileage. Private-event locations stay private.

Travel is considered alongside the menu, guest numbers, staffing, equipment, service requirements, and any accommodation or additional logistics the event requires.
We price the whole job rather than pretending a dinner five miles away and an event five hundred miles away cost us the same to deliver.
