Enquiries That Do Not Become Bookings
Information relating to an unsuccessful enquiry is deleted once the enquiry has been closed and is no longer required.
Completed Catering Bookings
General booking information and customer-service records are retained for up to two years after the event.
Dietary & Allergy Information
Dietary and allergy information is retained only for as long as necessary to plan and provide the relevant catering service and deal with any immediate follow-up relating to that booking.
After that, it is deleted unless continued retention is required by law or is necessary in connection with an active dispute.
GT Online Store Orders
GT Online Store customer and order information is retained for up to two years after the order.
Accounting & Financial Records
Accounting, invoice, and payment records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
